The Talbot County Sewer Resolution 250 Project is the initiative by Talbot County Sanitary District to extend sewer service to approximately 610 equivalent dwelling units (EDUs) located on smaller lots (typically ≤2 acres waterfront, ≤3 acres inland) in the St. Michaels (Region II) service area, including the villages of Bozman and Neavitt.


This service extension addresses long-standing public health and environmental concerns—particularly high groundwater and poorly drained soils—that have affected septic systems on smaller lots.
