Join the Next Comprehensive Plan Work Session 12/17 9am

Talbot County residents are invited to attend the next Comprehensive Plan Work Session in December, where the Planning Commission will review and discuss the Housing Chapter of the Draft Comprehensive Plan.

This session will focus on key trends, challenges, and opportunities related to housing in Talbot County, including affordability, availability, growth patterns, and strategies to support a sustainable and inclusive future. Community members are encouraged to listen in as officials consider policies that will guide housing decisions for the next 10–20 years.
